Saranac Big Moose Ale

This one was by far not my favorite beer ever.  It's an ale that drank more light a lager.  It was overly light and boring.  I'd skip this one, unless you love lagers.

Left Hand Stranger Pale Ale

I like the label.  Not a bad pale ale.  Not a favorite style of ours, but the beer itself wasn't actually bad.

Custom Brewcrafters Duffs Beer Ale

This beer is brewed for Duff's Wings in Buffalo, NY.  Well, I'm sure they brew for all their locations (NY and Canada), but I had it at the Buffalo location.  With some wings.  The wings were good.  The beer...not so much.  It was below average and tasted slightly better than a Bud or a Coors.  If you want some beer with your wings, then this is doable, but not a reason to travel to Duff's.  However, their wings are, so go for them instead.

Wynkoop Silverback Pale Ale

This is hoppy for a pale ale.  It was pretty decent for a pale.

Boulder Beer Hazed & Infused

This beer was interesting.  It had almost a grapefruit flavor.  The picture made it a bit more hazy than it was.  We enjoyed this brew at Falling Rock Taphouse in Denver, Colorado.

Oskar Blues Dry Hopped Dale

The notes on this have gone missing....I remember it being hoppy.

Oskar Blue Dave's Pale Ale

This was a great pale ale.  It was hoppy, but without all the ABV.  I liked it a lot and was lucky enough to have it on tap at the restaurant.  I can't find it on either their site or Rate Beer though, so good luck finding it.

Elysian 12 Beers of the Apocalypse #8 - Maelstrom

Blood orange deliciousness.  Hoppy, but not overpoweringly so.  Interesting blend.  Good times.  Had it on tap at Elysian.

Pike Pale Ale

This was ok.  Not very memorable.  I'd skip it.

Ninkasi Radiant Summer Ale

This beer is summery.  I guess that's why it's a summer release.  It's not a favorite and I think it's quite generic tasting.  I'd skip this one.

Elysian Loser Pale Ale

Who'd think it was a pale ale?  Not me!  This was quite hoppy and delicious.  This beer is definitely NOT a loser.

Elysian Men's Room Red

This was somewhat hoppy.  It's pretty good for a red and easy to drink.  Found a lot locally so something I take for granted and am sure I'll be sad to not have easy access to in the future.

Diamond Knot Whip Ale

This beer must be called whip because it looks like whipped cream on the top of my beer.  That head was impressive and took forever to go down. Random fact - this is the first beer husband poured himself in 7+ months.  I poured all the earlier ones.  

My big tip for enjoying this beer is don't inhale while you're drinking.  As a matter of fact, don't even think of smelling this beer.  It smells like a wet and dirty bar rag.  I was enjoying it much better before I started drinking and smelling at the same time.  Had I kept drinking without smelling I would have been fine.  I don't think I'll be drinking this one again

Anchor Brewing Liberty Ale

Easy to drink.  Pretty standard pale.  Nothing impressive, but have been drinking lots of dark beers lately.  Went well with a citrusy dinner.  Low cost and sessionable.  Even that last warm sip was ok and not miserable to drink.  Would buy a 6-pack to sip on during the summer.

In getting the links I see that this is a year round beer that was first bottled in 1975.  Talk about staying power.  And lets talk about that label.  With a husband who is a sailor, I was a sucker for this bottle.

Folks at Beer Advocate love this.

Joseph James Tahoe Blue

Quite hoppy after all the stouts and porters I’ve been drinking lately.  Surprisingly hoppy too for a pale ale.  Nothing remarkable but I would definitely buy again.  

This doesn't look widely reviewed over at Beer Advocate.
