Phillips Longboat Chocolate Porter

This pesky photo seems to have gone missing.

We had this on tap, I believe, at Christie's Carriage House in Victoria.  It was DELICIOUS!  I wish I could have this all the time.  The chocolate flavor was so strong and it went so well with the porter.  This is a beer you should pick up if you see it!

Phillips Hop Circle IPA

The husband and I enjoyed this on tap at Christie's Carriage House in Victoria, BC.  This beer was A-ok.  It was a standard meow.  Yup, I have no idea what a "standard meow" is but that is all I can decipher my own hand-written tasting notes to say.  The proof is above....you figure out what I meant besides "meow" and you get a prize.

Phillips Amnesiac Double IPA

This is one of the beers Will and I picked up in Canada and brought back with us to try.  I felt that Canadian hops were definitely much different than what I was used to; Will called them weak.  I thought the beer was pretty mild and easily drinkable, especially for a double IPA.  Canada's version and my version of a double IPA is quite different, eh.
